Awful company. I ordered a platform bed frame and they sent us a dresser. After a week of calling, emailing, and being on costumer support I got no answer. Customer support line is so long that it will take days to get first. When I was finally first I sent my problem and never got an answer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Nectar charges your "free gifts". I never been so upset about buying a new mattress online.

This has to be the worst service experience I have ever experienced with any company. Honestly, Genevieve was probably the best part of this catastrophe.
After ordering a replacement remote control for an adjustable bed frame, which seemed so wonderfully effortless upfront, it was decided by Nectar that an entire adjustable base was shipped instead. This seemingly generous offer to replace the whole unit resulted in much of my time wasted over the course of 6 weeks, extreme frustration, and now the hassle of having to dispose of the existing base, which is in mint condition.
On top of that, the replacement was initially shipped to the incorrect address despite me having confirmed the correct address at least three times with two different people. When I discovered it was at the incorrect address, I notified the Nectar team on the same day. After around 10 days, it had still not been collected with an agent telling me to reach out to FedEx myself to correct their mistake.
During this time, the focus of the customer service team was on the solely on the shipment delivered to the incorrect address, constantly badering me for more information and endless assistance. How hard would it have been for them to call their FedEx rep and ask them to collect the box?
All the while, as the customer waiting on the delivery of the adjustable base, I was receiving no information on when I would receive the replacement despite asking numerous times for an ETA. I needed to arrange for the trash collectors to remove the old base, and wanted that to happened around the same time as the delivery. That did not happen.
I was not provided with a tracking number this time around, and the delivery person delivered the shipment on the curb without ringing the doorbell or notifying me of the delivery. A neighbor rang my doorbell to tell me I had a delivery on the street, which I then had to drag inside myself. I live alone up two flights of stairs.
There isn’t much I can think of that could’ve made this situation worse. Thanks for the free $25 dollar blanket, Nectar! My time is worth a lot more than a blanket I don’t even need and I certainly could've done with out the aggravation of this debacle.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not the worst mattress company. The worst company! Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They said my mattress and frame would be delivered by April 1, 2021. One week later (sleeping on the floor the whole time) its still not here. I called everyday, and everyday they just kept saying, "it's scheduled to be delivered today." Then it doesn't show, and the next day, they tell you the same thing, keeping you hanging on for "just one more day." Hard to understand the customer service people because of the thick accents. My opinion, customer service is not in the USA. You can here lots of people/noise in the background like customer service is in a call center in India or something similar.
They tried to say I called them after my order was placed, and changed my delivery address to a home 4 doors north of me. So it was my fault it hasn't arrived now. NEVER HAPPENED! They brought up my address for my home in Florida.. I have no idea how they got that. It wasn't from me. Then they tried to appease me by giving me $50 off my order. NEVER RECEIVED IT.
UPDATE:
My mattress was delivered today. The box was soaking wet, and looks like it was drug behind the truck, not delivered in a truck. AND, they shipped my bedframe to an address I lived in 2 homes ago, 6 hours away. I don't even know how they got that old address.
This watter-logged ratty looking box is going back to Nectar. Wish I'd of looked at more reviews than the Nectar websites own reviews and the reviewers that sell Nectar products or are paid by Nectar.

You will have to fight to get your money back. They don't want to honor their return policy. Not surprising after all this. PS Don't accept the "free" sheets/pillows/mattress protector. They won't take them back, and will charge you hundreds of dollars for what you can buy at Walmart for $50. This is almost a criminal enterprise in my personal opinion. They have multiple ways to extract money out of you. Disgusting!

Nectar sent Fed-Ex to my neighbor's house to pick up the items I'm returning, (nothing was ever delivered there) instead of to the other wrong house (the one 6 hours away from where I live) where they delivered the bed frame. I'm beginning to think Nectar is doing this on purpose. You couldn't get it THIS WRONG unless you were trying really hard to. In my humble opinion, you should,
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll regret dealing with them. I sure am.
Horrific company from start to finish, I say finish but that's saying something that hasn't happened yet. I ordered a bundle that included a king size mattress, mattress protector, pillows, bedding and a duvet.
Where to start? The mattress is the wrong size, there's a sizeable gap to the bedframe. I opened the packaging for the pillows and mattress protector when I received them, that was a mistake. I've had conflicting information from their customer service since the very first time I contacted them. First it was ok to return everything, then it was only the mattress I could return and only after 30 days. When I pointed out details on their own website that conflicted with what they were telling me, they agreed I could return everything as long as it was in it's original packaging. Again, this conflicts with their own website. Open and unused is fine to return according to the website but not according to customer services! Eventually they agreed to that and arranged a collection, when I asked the company collecting the goods why they were only mentioning a mattress they told me they were only collecting that. I questioned Nectar on this and they're now saying they won't accept the return of the other items!
You couldn't make this crap up.
If you're thinking of ordering from this company, don't.
I purchased the mattress Sunday morning around 8am. At 6pm that same day I called to cancel my order, because I went to a brick n mortar store and after testing mattress knew it was not a good fit.
I was told by the customer service rep that they can not confirm cancellation, even though website shows it will not ship for another 2-5 days.
In my opinion this is horrible customer service as to why they can not confirm a same day cancellation.
I will never do business with this company in the future. I will update this review on how the cancellation goes as we move forward. However, as for now it shows a lack of concern for customer care.
Update, they still have not shipped mattresses yet the pending charge has now been put through as a real charge.
This is not a reliable company do not trust them with your credit card information.
I had a nectar mattress for over 10 months and my Mrs didn’t like a memory foam mattress as we never had one before and decided we would return it as she wanted to get one with springs again, in the time I liked the mattress I weigh 100kg and didn’t have any issues with sagging or anything very good mattress and have to give credit where it’s due to the team aswell for the communication, and quick response and even the refund was quick so was the mattress collection next day couldn’t even enjoy the mattress a day longer lol. Well done nectar for a affordable good quality mattress. There is issues with any company and unfortunately sometimes that’s the only time when people say something.
I am disabled and on a limited income, this mattress was fantastic for around two weeks and then it turned into a nightmare. I can only sleep on one side of the bed as I have rails at one side in case I fall out, I have serious bone disorders and the rails are to make sure I don't fall out and hurt myself. I am only around 12-13 stone at the very most and the mattress that I could only afford on hp which came to six hundred pounds with a lifetime guarantee. The mattress is like a wedge of cheesecake my side is almost flat and the other side is brand new ,never been slept on and is brick hard. . The mattress slides till its almost off the base every morning, although I hardly move during the night. Anyone who has bought one will realise because of the material on the other side it cannot be turned. I am a wheelchair user and need help getting in and out of bed and am on vert strong painkillers, however when I get up in the morning, my carers take a lot longer getting me up as I am in a lot more pain,due to uncomfortable mattress. I have not contacted the company yet but looking at these reviews I am not filled with hope I will let you all know how the "lifetime guarantee " works out. I could have bought three mattresses for six hundred pounds!!!!!!!!
If I could give a minus score I would! Worst mattress ever; In fact one side is average. The other side has completely caved in after a month. It’s horrendous. I ended up at the doctors with horrendous pain caused by the mattress. Only one of us can currently sleep in our bed and the other in the couch it’s that bad! We had delay after delay in receiving and the customer service is disgustingly bad!! Avoid this company and it’s product at all costs. All good reviews are faked they are appalling and a disgrace.
After many emails and online chats I have not got the energy to write everything down.
Basically "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Mattress is crap, customer services are the worst I have dealt with and if they don't want to answer your questions on line they just ignore you until you are disconnected through lack of activity.
Free gifts will be charged to you when you return the mattress which in itself is a massive hassle.

Would give negative stars if possible. You cannot return the mattress if you do not like it. They tell you after you purchase that you have to wait at least 30 days to pass their so-called w"adjustment period". But even after the 30 days I've been trying to return this mattress for days now and keep getting the runaround and I'm being ignored. They have offered to sell me other products to make the mattress "more comfortable" which I have refused and then they told me I need to find a place to donate the mattress to and get it there and get a receipt before I can get a refund. I've called several Charity places and no one wants bedding so now I have to contact an attorney to get a refund from this company. They are the worst. Stay Away.
I reported these guys to my attorney general. I forgot about it and the contacted me back a few months ago, because 1. Nectar never responded to the AG. 2. They are now under official investigation by the state of California and they wanted an updated statement along with my originally submitted evidence. So, if you want to buy from a company that doesn't even respond to Attorney General inquires or investigation, then go ahead. Or, you can just save yourself this horror show and not. I purchased a few things from this company and they all went badly, the mattress didn't last either, but I was too exhausted to take them up on their so called guarantee, which is also fake. You have been warned.I have nothing but nightmares on my Nectar Sleep mattress. They have been the most illogical and difficult company I've ever online shopped with. The customer service doesn't exist. They delete my stories I share on social media because they don't want to be exposed for the scam company they are. Your best bet? Avoid! If you can't, contact your attorney general, and the FTC. Companies like this shouldn't operate in America, and we need to keep on reporting them, en masse.
Firstly, the customer service is abysmal, that's if they can be bothered to respond. They were useless throughout. It felt like a tactic. They completed the agreed delivery, which is paid for as part of the purchase contract, 2 weeks late. The free pillows are not even remotely comfortable. They have very thick rope-like seams where you would expect a smooth pillow-like finish. Please do not buy from these sales people. They do not have a good product and are not interested in meeting your needs.
Great night's sleep for the first time in YEARS. I am a side sleeper and often woke with hip pain and pins and needles in my arm/hand. According to my Fitbit, the best nights my sleep score was merely "fair."
Now? No hip pain, no pins and needles, and my sleep score is consistently "good." 10/10 would recommend.

Impossible. You mean they have customer service? It's a joke. That 800 number that hangs up on you after 20 minutes holding is so fun too!
